With recent health studies verifying a link between loneliness and devastating health issues in today’s society, the team at Plus One Concierge has set itself the task to proactively get women out of the house more often. By setting weekly tailor-made plans for each of our members and organising activities appropriate for the agility, taste and budget of each member, life will never be boring again. Rather than sending the members to these activities alone, Plus One Concierge matches the right expert Companion (all female - to take the awkwardness and complexity out of the meetings) with the member to ensure support and a fun conversation throughout the activity. All Companions are carefully selected, cultural and lifestyle savvy as well as caring and just fun to be with.
  • How do I become a Plus One Concierge Member?
    In order to become a member please either click "buy now" on the requested membership plan and pay the annual fee via PayPal, or call us and we arrange everything for you. We will send you a membership pack with payment instructin, the brochure and welcome letter within 2 days of your call and will collect the filled in forms during the first activity appointment.
  • What are the costs?
    Plus One Concierge offers its Concierge Services as part of an annual membership fee. For as little as £28.50 per week, the team recommends and books restaurants, ticketed events, free events, courses and many more on your behalf. The rates of the activities and any expenses are then charged to the member’s payment card or invoiced. n addition to the Membership fee, any Companionship services are charged at a reduced hourly rate, and the meal, ticket or admission fee for the companion is either paid directly by the member or added to the overall invoice or payment card. The Companionship Service can now also be taken up without membership, on an one-off or ad-hoc basis, charged per hour as published on the website. Ad-hoc Concierge Services, not part of the membership, including hard-to-come-by ticket or dining experiences, are also offered for a small handling fee, on an individual basis.
  • I would like to test the Companionship Service, first, can I do that?"
    Yes, of course. Plus One Concierge offers the Companionship Service also as one-off hourly rates or in a more flexible 10 hour package, which is valid for 6 months. Just call the Concierge Desk and ask for an individual quote and the team can tailor the Companionship Service in accordance with your needs and requirements. Any Concierge services, including booking tickets and courses can also be arranged via the concierge desk for a small handling fee.
  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?
    Plus One Concierge will only charge your account after two weeks of a trail period and only when you are happy with the service. After that time, the membership fee will be automatically renewed on an annual basis, and needs to be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the next renewal date. Any last-minute cancellations of tickets, companion services and other expenses are evaluated and charged in accordance with the expenses incurred by Plus One Concierge. However, the team always endeavours to re-allocate any services and expenses to other members wherever possible, to keep cancellation fees to the minimum.
  • What if I don't like a companion?
    With a network of over 60 expert companions in the UK, Plus One Concierge offers carefully selected and vetted companions who are educated to at least degree level, fluent in the English language, as well as cultural, local and lifestyle savvy. The Plus One Concierge team will always seek feedback from the member and companion, and in the event that a member does not connect with the matched companion or vice versa, the companion will not be matched with the member again unless requested by the member.
  • As a man can I also use the Companionship Services?
    Due to popular demand, Plus One Concierge has recently started to also offer Companionship for men, in the UK. Companions for sporting and racing events, in addition to any cultural or social experiences can now be organised in selected areas of the UK. Please call the Concierge Desk to find out more about our Companion Service for man.
  • Do you offer a referral scheme?
    Yes, we do. Should you know anybody who might also like to use our services, please send us an e-mail with their contact details and we contact the person to discuss their requirements. Should this person then become a member of Plus One Concierge, you will receive a voucher for 2 hours of companionship as a thank you.
